Tsunagu - Nihon no Nogyo to Shoku: cable TV Waku Waku Japan

Ohayou ^.^

I've got an opportunity from my beloved lector, Sensei Siti Jahroh-San to attend an interesting event in The Maj Senayan, The Terrace, Jl Asia Afrika Pintu IX Jakarta. Accordingly, on Saturday, 12th January 2019 I just sat relaxedly with my friend, Salix-Chan. There were two introductorial speeches by a representative from WakuWaku Japan TV and Kenichi Takeyama-San from Japanese Embassy for Indonesia. Explaining about Tsunagu which means "relationship."

There were a talkshow with Melody Nurramdhani Laksani, ex JKT48, chatting about the show introduction, "Tsunagu-Nihon no Nogyo to Shoku" cable TV Waku Waku Japan.

Melody-San was so lovely and interactive in sharing her experience as Waku Waku Ambassador. She had valuable moment in Kyoto with Ayako Kobayashi, ex Oshin actress.

Wearing a kimono and hanging out together.

Even they met a Maiko-Chan, a Geisha trainee. It was so rare experience because usually the master forbids Maiko-Chan to take picture with strangers.

Because Melody-San has a degree in agriculture, she has a deep passion in that field. She found the Japanese agricultural technology is efficient and practical. The simple moment when pull out the "tamanegi" was so memorable for her.

The strength of this programme TV is the sharing moment of a foreigner when he or she travels in Japan. It means more deep approachness to TV viewer because the promotion of Japanese tourism object was conducted by a foreigner. Melody-San had an incredible cooking moment when she really cooked in a Japanese kitchen, not in a hotel, cafe, or restaurant.

In this event, we tried some Japanese food, such as sushi, tempura, okonomiyaki, and green tea pudding. I am not a big fan of sushi o.o although I love sashimi, weird ya? :P The okonomiyaki was delicious, but the best is the matcha pudding. :)) I love Oi-Ocha...rather bitter, really my taste...no sugar at all. =)

Look! My friend, Zaliks-Chan was really enjoyed the meal. She is a big fan of sushi and tempura. We had an opportunity to look the cooking of okonomiyaki directly.

Melody-San also shared her skill to make 5 cups of Japanese green tea. ^.^

My wish to take a photo with Melody-San becoming true. =)

A sweet souvenir from Waku Waku TV Japan. I chose the red one ^.^
